How Does a Milk Subscription Work?
Setting one up takes a few minutes:
1. Pick a bundle or build your own. Start from one of our three bundles, or choose individual products from our range.
2. Set how often each item comes. Milk usually comes daily; dahi might come every two or three days; paneer weekly. Each item can have its own rhythm.
3. Set up autopay. A one-time mandate tops up your Doodh & Co wallet, and each delivery is paid from it.
4. Wake up to your delivery. Orders arrive at your door between 5 and 8 AM.
After that, everything is managed from your account: a delivery calendar shows what's coming and when, and you can skip, pause or change your plan from there.
What Do the Bundles Include and Cost?
We offer three subscription bundles. Monthly figures are estimates based on a 30-day month, and include the subscription discount on each item:
The Essential: about ₹2,922/month. 1 litre of full cream milk daily, plus 500g of dahi every three days. Suits individuals or couples.
The Family Pack: about ₹5,968/month. 2 litres of full cream milk daily, 500g of dahi every two days, and 200g of paneer weekly. Our most popular bundle.
The Complete Dairy: about ₹10,514/month. 3 litres of full cream milk daily, 1kg of dahi every two days, and 500g of paneer every three days. For larger families.
Bundles cost around 11% less than ordering the same items one by one. Because you only pay for deliveries that actually happen, skipped days aren't charged, so your real monthly spend can be lower than the estimate. Current prices are always on the bundles page.
How Does Payment Work?
Subscriptions run on a prepaid wallet:
Autopay tops up your wallet. When you subscribe, you set up an autopay mandate through Razorpay. It adds money to your Doodh & Co wallet as needed.
Each delivery is paid from the wallet. You're charged for what's actually delivered, and nothing for skipped or paused days.
You won't build up a large balance. When your wallet already covers upcoming deliveries, autopay holds off; when it runs low, it tops up again.
If the wallet runs short, deliveries pause. Rather than deliver on credit, your subscription pauses until the wallet is recharged, then picks up again.

Can I Skip, Pause or Cancel?
Yes, anytime, with no fees and no lock-in.
Skip a day: going away for the weekend? Pick the dates on your delivery calendar and those deliveries won't come or be charged.
Pause: travelling for longer? Pause your subscription and resume it when you're back.
Cancel: cancel anytime from your account. Any unused wallet balance is refunded to your original payment method.
The cutoff: changes made by 11 PM apply to the next morning's delivery. Changes after 11 PM apply from the day after.
When Does Delivery Start, and What Time Does It Arrive?
Deliveries arrive between 5 and 8 AM, so milk is at your door before breakfast.
If you subscribe before 11 PM, your first delivery can come the very next morning, provided your area is covered. Subscribe after 11 PM and it starts the day after.
Delivery is free on all subscriptions.
